Advertising (Remote)
Overview:
At Trading Tips, we’re on a mission to help people achieve financial freedom through successful investing. As a rapidly growing financial publishing company, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Production Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this full-time role reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll collaborate across departments, supporting our fast-paced email and SMS operations. Experience with HTML/CSS and working within email service providers is a must.

Responsibilities:
Email & Advertising Support
- Collaborate with the advertising and email team to execute daily sales and email operations.
- Communicate with advertising partners, including requesting creative assets and providing performance updates.
- Set up HTML, schedule, and QA daily emails (20+) in multiple ESPs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and generate daily and monthly reports.
- Create and schedule SMS sends.
- Knowledge working with API, webhooks and zapier links is a plus.
Education & Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in email operations.
Technical Skills & Platforms
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- CRM Systems (e.g., Infusionsoft)
- Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Iterable)
- Advertising & Analytics Tools (e.g. Click Magic, Improvely link creation or similar)
- HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and email formatting (e.g. Dreamweaver)
