Customer Experience Specialist

As a Inbound/Outbound Customer Experience specialist your mission is to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all our customers. In addition our specialist will be involved in Sales. Up Selling, offering new products and encouraging our customers a better experience overall This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in resolving any and all customer facing problems. Specialists may communicate with customers via phone, email and chat. Associates will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast paced environment.
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who will help us increase engagements with our products through sales and offer amazing service to customers through the process.This position has high expectations. But if you’re the person we’re looking for, you’re the type who gets motivated by high expectations.
If you do not like sales this is NOT the position for you, Although you will be engaging in service inquiries you are required to engage in offering suggestions for new products.


  1. Increase Revenues Through Engagement: Offering Upsells or inquires on inbound calls and offering excellent service to new customers through outbound communication. These actions will generate leads and sales for a positive ROI.
  2. Increase Customer Lifetime Value: Understand the benefits of our Products and services so that you’re a subject matter expert for providing information that is helpful for our customers..
  3. Innovativeness and Efficiency: Being able to participate in helping the CSR Team with innovative ways for customer value in addition to rolling up your sleeves and working in a fast paced environment while being open to trying ongoing new tasks.

Computer Skills:
  • Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs and window navigation and instant messenger tools
  • Fluency in Windows Operating Systems


  • At least 3-5 years of Customer Service/Sales Experience (any environment)
  • Extremely Reliable and Dedicated
  • Experience with Infusionsoft CRM System or similar
  • Experience Using Google Docs and Gmail
  • Excellent command of English Language (verbal and written)
  • Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to navigate the Internet, email, and chat to customer via Instant Messenger tools
  • Ability to cope well in a high pressure environment while maintaining high quality outputs
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality of Weekly KPI Goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
  • Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive skills
  • Loyal, positive and compassionate attitude and a passion for customer service


Experience or understanding of Stock Market Trading or Finance background

  • Computer with Windows 10 Home or Pro Edition Operating System
    • Must have Windows 10 Microsoft Word & Excel
    • Desktop & Laptops can be used, but must be able to connect up to 1 extra monitor
    • No Apple computers

  • Remote candidates may be asked to provide specific information about their IT equipment and internet provider. More information about our IT requirements are provided during the interview process.In addition to the IT requirements listed above, candidates must also have a designated home office area that meets certain requirements and may not have any other responsibilities during the time they are working such as caring for dependents or noise and distractions

Work Hours

This is a full-time position Monday- Friday 7am PST-3:30pm PST
This Remote position is only for candidates that reside in the United States

$32,000 Salary Per year (with opportunity for growth in the future)
